Executive coaches – people hired to work one-on-one with managers/executives to help them optimize leadership performance and more effectively manage stress.

Cognitive reframing – a psychological treatment strategy focused on identifying and then changing the way situations, experiences, events, ideas, and/or emotions are viewed.
