Industrial/organizational (I/O) psychology – subtype of psychology focused on human behavior in organizations and the work place. 

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) a benefit offered by some employers that generally includes free and confidential assessments, short-term counseling, referrals, and follow-up services for employees.

Dual (or multiple) relationship when a therapist has a second, significantly different relationship with their client in addition to the therapeutic relationship.

Executive coaches – people hired to work one-on-one with managers/executives to help them optimize leadership performance and more effectively manage stress.

Cognitive reframing a psychological treatment strategy focused on identifying and then changing the way situations, experiences, events, ideas, and/or emotions are viewed.
